SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

DUE TO NEW SAFETY PRECAUTIONS, PLEASE ALLOW 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES MAY CHANGE DURING PRE-ORDERS, HOLIDAYS, AND OTHER PEAK SEASONS.

WE SHIP TO MOST BUT NOT ALL COUNTRIES OR REGIONS IN THE WORLD. FOR DETAILS, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT SUPPORT@RNDMSEASON.COM.

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE ORDER WITH YOUR SHIPMENT'S TRACKING INFORMATION. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE DELIVERY OF THEIR SHIPMENT ONCE AN ORDER HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.

SHIPPING RATES VARY.  DURING CHECKOUT, WE CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS BASED ON YOUR LOCATION AND ESTIMATED WEIGHT OF YOUR PACKAGE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELED OR CHANGED. WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

ORDER STATUS

YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL CONTAINING A TRACKING NUMBER, ONCE YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER.  FOR ADDITIONAL INQUIRIES ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT US AT SUPPORT@RNDMSEASON.COM.

CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT TAX & DUTIES

ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO SALES TAX, IMPORT DUTIES, AND CUSTOMS CHARGES AT THE RECEIVER’S EXPENSE. THIS RATE IS DETERMINED BY THE RECEIVING COUNTRY. WE DO NOT COLLECT TAX, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. YOU SHOULD BE PREPARED TO PAY THESE FEES AT THE TIME YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.

PRE-ORDER

ALL PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE TO SHIP UNLESS IT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM. ALL PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS HAVE AN ESTIMATED SHIP DATE WHICH INDICATES THE DATE THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED OUT FROM OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER, HOWEVER, THESE PRODUCTS MAY ARRIVE SOONER OR LATER THAN SPECIFIED. CREDIT CARDS ARE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF THE PRE-ORDER, SUBJECT TO OUR USUAL FRAUD CHECKS. ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE IS PUBLISHED ONLINE. RNDM SEASON IS NOT LIABLE FOR DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO PRE-ORDERED ITEMS MADE DURING PRODUCTION. IF A PRE-ORDERED ITEM WILL NOT BE SHIPPED OUT BY THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED AND, AT THE CUSTOMER’S ELECTION, EITHER BE REFUNDED IN FULL OR PROVIDED WITH AN UPDATED ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE. IF AN ORDER INCLUDES BOTH AVAILABLE AND PRE-ORDERED ITEMS, AT LEAST TWO SEPARATE DELIVERIES WILL MOST LIKELY BE MADE TO THE CUSTOMER.

FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGES

IF YOUR PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO THE GIVEN SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PHONE NUMBER, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (RNDM SEASON) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

IF THE RECEIVER IS ABSENT UPON ALL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE HELD AT A LOCAL SHIPPING CENTER FOR PICK-UP.  IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE FOR ANY REASON, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER (RNDM SEASON) AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

IF YOU REFUSE RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO RNDM SEASON AT YOUR EXPENSE. THE EXPENSE INCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY DUTY AND TAX THE PACKAGE MAY HAVE INCURRED; THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED.

PACKAGES WILL BE HELD AT CUSTOMS FOR 30 DAYS, AFTER WHICH IT WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ABANDONED A PACKAGE WILL FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR THEIR ORDER.

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAWS PERMIT, RNDM SEASON DOES NOT ACCEPT REQUESTS FOR CANCELATION OF ORDERS OR THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF ITEMS. IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT THAT THE ITEM(S) YOU PURCHASED IS DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL OR YOU RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM(S), PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM(S)  

FOR REQUESTS CAUSED BY QUALITY PROBLEMS OR RECEIVING THE INCORRECT ITEM(S), THE DELIVERY COSTS SHALL BE BORNE BY RNDM SEASON. AFTER INFORMING OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM ON THE ISSUE, YOU SHOULD CONTACT THE COURIER COMPANY TO ARRANGE THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS (IN WHICH CASE YOU SHALL SETTLE THE DELIVERY COSTS FIRST AND WE SHALL GIVE YOU A REFUND WHEN THE PRODUCTS MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR RETURN POLICY.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, ITEM(S) MUST BE SENT BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS ATTACHED. THE ITEM MUST BE NEW, NOT WORN, UNALTERED, AND FREE OF ANY ODORS OR FRAGRANCES.

IF ITEM(S) DOES NOT FIT THESE REQUIREMENTS, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT HIS/HER EXPENSE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, TO DETERMINE IF RETURNED MERCHANDISE IS IN RETURNABLE CONDITION.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO RNDM SEASON AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. PLEASE CONTACT RNDM SEASON CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT SUPPORT@RNDMSEASON.COM FOR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS SPECIFIC TO YOUR COUNTRY.

PLEASE PACK ALL ITEMS YOU ARE RETURNING AND INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP NOTING THE ITEMS YOU ARE RETURNING. 

YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION ONCE YOUR ITEM(S) IS RECEIVED AT OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER.

REFUNDS

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION ONCE WE HAVE ISSUED YOUR REFUND.

ONCE WE ISSUE YOUR REFUND, PLEASE ALLOW 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR IT TO APPEAR ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

WE DO NOT OFFER CREDIT NOTES, AND ALL REFUNDS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS. SHIPPING COSTS, DUTY CHARGED BY IMPORTING COUNTRY AND OTHER RELATED LOCAL TAXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
